I saw the vehicle advertised with the spec I was seeking. The salesperson, Vishal, was very helpful and treated me professionally and was attentive without being pressuring. Had there been any " hard sell" I would have walked. He went out of his way to treat us politely. Well done
I was pleased with Lexus Milton Keynes and would recommend them because from the very start they were very helpful. We initially dealt with Yasir who was great on the phone and email. He was helpful, made me feel comfortable & wasn’t in any way pushy with anything. We travelled from Scotland to pick up the car so a long distance & Yasir offered to pick us up at the airport (unfortunately they couldn’t as they had a big event on the day that we could collect the car) but they still made it work for us to collect the car the same day & picked us up from the bus station in the car we were planning on buying. Unfortunately Yasir was unwell when it came to collecting the car so we didn’t get to meet him but instead we dealt with Glen & again we were treated very well. The whole experience went very smoothly & even after having a small issue with the car after purchasing (nothing major) they couldn’t have been more helpful. Would 100% recommend to others! Thanks again guys
I would recommend Lexus Milton Keynes to friends and family because I had a very good experience with Dean. He was patent through my decisions, came on a test drive with me as I was abit nervous, took the time to explain all the different options. He was very professional and friendly and helped me make the right decision for me
